We provide a full range of services which will assist the company in developing and continuing a comprehensive, long-term strategy for the pension plan(s) established to meet the needs of your employees, in a cost effective manner.

Ongoing services include, but are not limited to:

  • Day to day assistance with problems or questions from plan sponsor or employees.
  • Investment advice for plan participants.
  • Assistance in complying with all ERISA related regulations (404c) as well as a continual review of new developments potentially impacting the plan.
  • Developing a long-term plan to ensure investment objectives are met, including the statement of investment policy and objectives.
  • Providing periodic reviews of investment performance and employee participation.
  •  Providing periodic reviews of products and approaches that are new to the marketplace.
  • Representing client in issues with providers, including those related to expenses, plan design, investment options and administration.
  • Assisting client with the implementation and communication of the plan and investment options, including employee enrollment meetings.
  • Preparation of a comprehensive and customized Request For Proposal reflective of the needs of your company in the event a change of providers is necessary.
  • Soliciting proposals and responses to RFP from other providers in the event the trustees determines that a change of providers is necessary. 
  • Helping client interview potential new providers in the event a change of providers is necessary.
